3 Ways to Live a Happy and Healthy Life

3 Ways to Live a Happy and Healthy Life

Irritable bowel syndrome should be viewed as a challenge to be overcome, not a death sentence. There are ways to cope and live a happy, healthy life with IBS. Make an effort to get at least eight hours of sleep per night. Allow your body to rest and heal during the night.

When You Have Irritable Bowel Syndrome Let me ask you a question. Tyra Banks, Camille Grammer, and Cybil Sheppard all have something in common. According to recent studies, they all have irritable bowel syndrome, as do about 20% of the rest of the population.

I'm known as the IBS Diva. And I believe that having irritable bowel syndrome does not have to be fatal. There are ways to thrive and live a happy, healthy life, not just cope. Yes, it can be embarrassing at times - always looking for the nearest restroom when you go out, getting up in the middle of movies, and only eating certain foods.

But that doesn't stop the IBS Diva from having a good time. And you should not let anything stand in the way of yours.

Here are three simple pieces of advice from the IBS Diva for dealing with irritable bowel syndrome.

1. You're still amazing, honey. Act as if it. Change your perspective on this functional disorder. You are not an outlier. You are a tough, no-nonsense boss. Consider it.

2. Don't worry, just rest. You, like the IBS Diva, require beauty sleep. Make an effort to get at least eight hours of sleep per night. Allow your body to rest and heal during the night. Then you'll be able to wake up looking like the IBS Diva.

3. Continue your search. Even the IBS Diva looks for irritable bowel syndrome solutions. Let's be honest. It is not easy to live with this disorder. There are, however, ways to cope and live a happy, healthy life. Look for them as you progress toward self-acceptance. It can only be beneficial.

Irritable bowel syndrome should be viewed as a challenge to be overcome, not as a death sentence. You can live a healthy and happy life with IBS if you have the right mindset and are willing to try new and effective dietary changes and medical solutions.
